Offered as an 8-week series, make an appointment with yourself to nurture your body, and calm a busy mind with 90 minutes of restorative yoga sessions.
Feel Grounded and relaxed through gentle yoga poses that use yoga props to fully support the body to allow deep release. A focus on the breath and mindfulness, allows time to go inward for heart centered reflection and healing.
When: Starts Tuesday, October 24th and goes until Tuesday, December 5th – 7-8:30pm
Cost: $96 for the full 7-weeks – Drop ins $15 (Dependant on if the class is full)
