This is a two-hour intensive workshop that will not only show you how to time block, but because of the limited number of spaces, Jenna will be able to help you begin your time blocking schedule right there in the session, allowing you to leave already feeling more focused, lighter and organized.
The act of time blocking consists of taking all your responsibilities, tasks, regular activities and goals and breaking them down into time fragments that are then placed in your calendar, on repeat if necessary.
This calendar becomes your guide. Your go-to. Your calm place in the storm of everything on your plate.
